It is a slow walk through one version of the human experience,
in and out through self isolation,
The habit of doing the same thing over and over with similar results,
what is needed to break such a habit?
To not feel at home in one selves thoughts,
An eternal dystopian that one cannot get out of,
an eternal thought that one cannot catch and not understand
